The DNR’s Div. of Forestry has released program guidance for Act 358, which makes important changes to Wisconsin’s Managed Forest Law (MFL) and Forest Crop Law (FCL). Thank you to everyone who provided input, testimony and countless hours of time communicating and researching the need for these changes.

Please note: Not all aspects of Act 358 are covered in this guidance, and changes to this guidance may be made during the rule making process (writing of Administrative Code), which does include the opportunity for public input.
