Many of you have contacted us regarding Gov. Walker’s signing SB 434. We have learned that this is now in the hands of the Legislative Reference Bureau, which has proposed very minor grammatical changes to the bill. We will keep you informed of any new developments in this section of our website.

So what does this mean? When can we possibly expect this to be signed?

We have heard that the bill may be signed on or by April 15. More info to come as we receive it.
